Julie Tarr is a communications consultant located in Normal, Illinois. Having worked in several industries, Julie brings a diverse business background to her writing. She specializes in internal communications providing businesses with newsletters, manuals, reports, and more. Readability and usability in both writing and design are extremely important to Julie; she takes great care in presenting information effectively for the intended audience. Julie is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators and the Society for Technical Communication to stay up-to-date on the latest communications trends.
